Reliability - The Critical Differentiator

Voltage fluctuations cause driver failures (common in rural feeders). Any cable fault leaves an entire road section dark. Solar reliability: independent of grid - works during power cuts. LiFePO4 battery provides 3–5 days backup. Only fails if battery depletes (extended cloudy periods) or hardware failure. In states with reliable grid (Gujarat, Karnataka urban, Haryana): grid LED reliability is adequate.
